It's always a good idea to check for any signs of spoilage, such as changes in color, texture, or odor, before using the product, especially if it's been stored for an extended period. If you notice any unusual changes, it's best to discard the product to avoid any potential skin irritation or other adverse effects.

Are there any specific application tips for using the body butters effectively?

When will you restock my favorite product?

As a one-person company dedicated to crafting high-quality tallow skincare products, I strive to restock and rebatch our natural skincare products on a once a month basis.

Due to the small-scale nature of our operation, our inventory may be limited at times due to market vendor events or the fluctuation of sales.

However, fear not! You can stay informed about our restocks, new product launches, and updates by following us on social media.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

We typically ship orders every Friday for those placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM. If you order after 5:00 PM on Fridays or over the weekend, don't worry – we'll ship it out promptly on Monday.

The delivery time will depend on your chosen shipping method and your location. We strive to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible, and you'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way so you can keep an eye on its progress!

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

If your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them.

Can I Track My Order Once It Has Been Tracked?

Your tracking link will be sent in your dispatch email.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item.

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order with the completed Online Returns Form enclosed, and must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging.

The cost of return and care of the goods for orders under $200 are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain your Proof of Postage Receipt.

Once your return has been received at our warehouse we will inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the Abar & Cattle Co. Returns Policy, we will process your return request within 10 days of receiving your returned goods and will send you an email notification to confirm this.
